A memorial Mass for Pope Francis will be held on Monday, April 28, at 6:30 p.m. at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception in Kansas City (416 W 12th St, Kansas City, MO). Bishop Johnston will be the main celebrant. All are invited to attend.
Parking is available in the Cathedral's parking lot and the parking garage across the street (on Broadway and 12th). Download the parking lot map and entrance Barcode. Pope Francis’ funeral Mass will take place on Saturday, April 26, 2025, at 10:00 AM (local time) in St. Peter’s Square. Tune into Vatican News or EWTN for a livestream.

St Therese Little Flower Parish will commemorate our 100th anniversary during a special Mass on Thanksgiving day (Nov. 27), followed by a Centennial Jubilee Celebration at the KC Marriott Downtown (Nov. 28). Welcome to St Therese Little Flower Catholic Church, a small urban core Roman Catholic Church with a big heart in the Blue Hills neighborhood of mid-town Kansas City, Missouri. We are a very faith-filled, diverse, spirit-led community that is small enough to be a very intimate and close-knit family yet large enough to serve our brothers and sisters in the community who are less fortunate than we are.
We are united at the Table of the Lord in the Eucharist. We enjoy being a family and the love and support that we can share. We enjoy fellowship and fun with our church family and are driven by a sense of justice and peace in our neighborhood and beyond.
