STLF Journey To 100
Cookie Dough Sale
St Therese Little Flower’s Journey to 100 years old will be filled with events to support the cost of the 2025 Centennial Celebration during Thanksgiving Week next year. We need everyone’s support and relationships inside and outside the church as we continue to foster our relationships in the community.
One of the supporting events is the Annual Frozen Cookie Dough Sale. Click here to place your order. Each box contains 2 lbs. to 2.5 lbs. of dough that can be baked and served as you see fit. We are truly grateful for everyone’s support! Place your order soon to receive it before Christmas! The sale ends October 21st.

St. Therese Little Flower Catholic Church
Welcome to St Therese Little Flower Catholic Church, a small urban core Roman Catholic Church with a big heart, in the Blue Hills neighborhood of mid-town Kansas City, Missouri. We are a very faith-filled, diverse, spirit-led community that is small enough to be a very intimate and close-knit family, yet large enough to accomplish the task of serving our brothers and sisters in the community who are less fortunate than we are.
We are united at the Table of the Lord in the Eucharist. We enjoy being family and the love and support that we are able to share with each other. We enjoy fellowship and fun with our church family and are driven by a sense of justice and peace in our neighborhood and beyond.

Our Mission
We, God’s people, are a remnant whose faith has been tested and tempered by the transitions in our neighborhoods and our church. We do not have one common ethnic, religious, social or economic background. We do have a common experience of being the diverse but complementary members of the one Body of Christ. Because of this common experience, we choose to be St. Therese parish community.
We choose to use our gifts to build up the Body of Christ incarnate here. This mission must take place both within our faith community and in reaching out to others. We confess the need to become more aware of each other and of the Lord calling us to be united in His Spirit.
We will strive to develop this awareness not only for our own sake, but that we may become credible and inviting to those seeking Christ and His Gospel. We answer this calling, first, faithfully sharing the Word and breaking Bread together.
We then realize our vocation to affirm each other’s gifts, to reach out to the poor, to work for justice, to help form young minds and hearts, to acknowledge the place of the elders in our community and to create a climate of fellowship for all people.
