St. Therese offers vibrant worship, faith, ministry, and life resources and events. We also host many fun and rewarding activities for adults and youth. Register For Our
Centennial Jubilee

Join us at the STLF 100th Anniversary Centennial Jubilee Celebration at the KC Marriott Downtown (Nov. 28). Tickets are now available for $100 per person, or you can pay in installments. Space is limited, and no tickets will be available at the event. The Marriott offers a limited number of hotel rooms at a special rate. Flowers For The
Easter Season

We will continue to refresh flowers throughout the Easter Season. We would certainly appreciate your bringing flowers (not lilies) or donating. We will refresh flowers through the last Sunday in May. Please bring flowers on Sundays or to the parish office during the week.

Interfaith Prayer Service

Join us at St. Francis Xavier Parish (SFX) on May 15 (at 7 p.m.) for a Prayer Service of Solidarity to support immigrants, migrants, and refugees as they struggle to navigate our immigration system. We want them to know that we stand firmly in solidarity with them and will make every effort to ensure they are treated humanely and morally. St. Francis is located at 1001 E 52nd Street in Kansas City, Missouri. Parking is available behind the church.

STLF Book Club
Meets May 15

The Saint Therese Little Flower Book Club will meet on May 15 (from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m.) in the office building's living room. They will discuss the remainder of Chapter 8 and Chapters 9 and 10 of Father Ed Hays' book, The Gospel of Gabriel.

Plus 1 Sunday

Plus One Sunday is taking place on May 25. Please take this opportunity to contact friends and family and invite them to join us at Mass. You never know who might be blessed in a special way just by being with us in worship.

STLF Sunday School

We invite all children to attend Sunday School at St. Therese each Sunday at 9 a.m. Sunday School is a fantastic opportunity to grow in faith, deepen your understanding of God’s Word, and connect with our loving church community. Questions? Please contact the Parish Office at (816) 444-5406.

Our Blessed
Mother's Corner

Please join us at 8:30 a.m. before Sunday's Mass to pray the Rosary for our parish, your intentions, and your neighborhood. May our Blessed Mother’s Rosary be part of your daily prayer routine.

2025 Lyke Conference

Join us at the 2025 Archbishop Lyke Conference (June 17 to 20 in Tampa, Florida). This is the nation’s premier celebration of the Black Catholic faith. Attendees will be trained in African American traditions and their legacy.

The event will take place at the Hilton Tampa Airport Westshore. The reservation deadline is May 17. Space is limited. Visit the website to register and book your hotel room.

Senior Center Lunch

The St. Therese Little Flower Parish Senior Center is open Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Lunch is offered daily from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. The cost is a suggested $3 donation for those over 60 years old and $5.75 for all others.
