See you at the Book Fair on Oct. 29 and 31(3-4 PM) at Our Lady’s Montessori School (5809 Michigan Avenue). Ignatius Book Fairs offer an unparalleled Christian alternative, teaching lessons of faith, hope, and charity to children of all ages.
The St. Therese Senior Center Halloween event will begin at 10 a.m. on October 29 with Bingo, followed by a special “Ghoulish” Halloween lunch. The suggested donation for the lunch is $5 for those over 60 and $10 for all others. There will be special Tricks and Treats. Join us for the fun!
The St. Therese All Saints Mass on Nov. 2 will offer special remembrance for parishioners, family, and friends who have passed since Nov. 1, 2024. If you want a candle placed for your loved one, please submit their name (and relation to you) by Oct. 17 to stlfchurch@stlfkc.org.

St. Therese is seeking individuals to join our Liturgical and Praise Dance Ministry. This activity is a unique method of worship that uses movement to express joy, devotion, and reverence for God. Rehearsals will occur on Oct. 19, Nov. 2, Nov. 16, Dec. 7, and Dec. 21. For more information, please contact the parish office at (816) 444-5406.
For the remainder of this year, the St. Therese Little Flower Youth Group will meet on Nov. 16, and Dec. 14. The Youth Group is open to all young people who have completed 1st Communion or are students from 3rd through 12th grade. For more information, please contact Yvette Tunley at yvette@stlfkc.org.
The St. Therese Little Flower Parish Senior Center is filled with fun, learning, and fellowship every week. The Center is open Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday (9 a.m. to 2 p.m.). Lunch is available from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. (the cost is a suggested $5 donation for seniors; all others $10.00). Everyone is welcome!
