Everyone at St. Therese is invited to attend the Holy Mass, celebrating Father Carlito Saballo’s 30 years of faithful service, Feb. 22 at 10:30 a.m., at Guardian Angels Parish (1310 Westport Road, in Kansas City). A Filipino potluck luncheon will follow from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Our Lady of Hope School Cafeteria. View the event flyer.
Ash Wednesday (the beginning of Lent) is Feb. 18th. Join us for Ash Wednesday Mass—available at 7:30 a.m. (at St. Francis Xavier Parish, 52nd and Troost Ave.), Noon (at St. Therese Little Flower Parish), 6 p.m. (at St. Francis Xavier), and 7 p.m. (at St. James Catholic Church, 39th and Troost Ave).
Mardi Gras Gumbo
& Fat Tuesday
Join us in the St. Therese Little Flower Senior Center (lower level of the church) for two of our favorite events as we celebrate before the 40 Days of Lent Begin! Mardi Gras Gumbo will be offered on Feb. 13 (11 a.m. to 4 p.m.) for $15 per person (dine-in or carryout).

Save The Date! Donate to the St. Therese Senior Center Shoe Drive (Feb. 1-March 31). Bring any shoes you want to get rid of. (ALL shoes except flip-flops accepted) Bring them to the Senior Center/Church Hall. Questions? Contact the Senior Center at (816) 444-3514.

The St. Therese Little Flower Parish Senior Center is filled with fun, learning, and fellowship every week. The Center is open Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday (9 a.m. to 2 p.m.). Lunch is available from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. (the cost is a suggested $5 donation for seniors; all others $10.00). Everyone is welcome!

Looking for a way to impact our community? Join the St. Therese One City Cafe volunteers on the fourth Tuesday of every month to help us serve dinner to our neighbors in need. We meet at 3:15 pm and we are done by 6:15 pm. For more information, please contact John Barry at jbarry@kc.rr.com
